Testimonials
"We would definitely like to give Lotika a five star rating for her assistance in the purchase of our new home in Lexington, MA. From the day we were introduced, she was prompt, professional and extremely responsive to our queries. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help her clients. The purchase of a home is an overwhelming process, starting with searching for one. Thankfully with an agent like Lotika by our side, we felt very comfortable and taken care of. In spite of it being a competitive market she understood our needs and got us exactly the kind of house we needed. She helped us make good decisions and even after the purchase has connected us to a lot of resources so that we can settle down well. She is extremely professional and patient. Her greatest asset is an ever smiling face and willingness to help at all times. We as a family appreciate all her help and would strongly recommend her for all your real estate needs."

"Lotika guided us expertly through our real estate search and purchase. As first time home buyers, we had no shortage of questions, concerns, and reservations as we worked through the process. Lotika had a perfect balance of warmth and understanding as she listened to and allayed our concerns, and strong negotiations to make sure we got the best possible value in our transaction. There were so many things that we would never have thought of without Lotika's practiced guidance, and I know our experience was second to none because of Lotika. Sincere thanks, J&P" "

"Our experience working with Lotika was swift, sweet and successful. We reached out to her at a time when 1. we had to find a place in about two months 2. There was little to no inventory of houses in Wellesley to rent or buy 3. We couldn't choose a different town due to the school 4. Prices were high, and 5. Our budget wasn't very 'elastic'. She came in and efficiently assessed the situation and considered the constraints, calmed me with her voice of reason, shared with us her understanding of the market in our town, patiently heard all our concerns and answered hundreds of questions, until she led us to the home we ended up buying. Everything happened really fast, and she hung with us through it all. We are so grateful to have had her guidance for this process, and would definitely recommend her to others. "
