Personable and dedicated, Lotika loves working with clients on their Real Estate needs. Lotika is very thorough and well informed on all aspects of the real estate transaction, to give her clients the edge needed in today’s competitive market. She uses her negotiation skills on behalf of her clients and loves to celebrate their success in accomplishing what is often a very significant transaction of their life.

Lotika lived in Lexington for nearly twenty years and Cambridge for three before moving to downtown Boston as an empty nester. Her own experience informs her deep understanding of the many facets of suburban vs urban life, schools, and commutes in the greater Boston area.

Lotika is also certified as a Realtor in New Hampshire where she has a second home. This equips her uniquely to advise clients on the complex and emotional aspects of downsizing, upsizing and second home ownership.

She is fluent in English, French and Hindi and is particularly effective interacting with different cultures and backgrounds. Having lived, studied, and worked in France, Norway, Denmark, Canada, and India, she understands and appreciates the emotions and challenges of selling a home, relocating, and starting anew.

She has an MA, from Harvard University with an emphasis on International Development and Negotiation and another from Lesley University in Intercultural Relations. Her BSc is in Molecular Biology from the Sorbonne, France.

Before Real Estate, Lotika worked for twenty years on poverty alleviation in the not-for-profit sector. She is passionate about addressing disparities, particularly the lack of access to water, sanitation, and hygiene education for vulnerable groups. She has worked tirelessly on this global crisis for many years and even started her own nonprofit Water Centric, to address it.

Lotika enjoys long bicycle rides in beautiful New England and has been riding in the Pan Mass Challenge– 192 Miles over two days – since 2008 to raise funds for cancer research for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. She is also a keen Duplicate Bridge player and sailor. Lotika has been a member of the International Rotary Club and has served on the board of the Lexington Education Foundation.

"Lotika guided us expertly through our real estate search and purchase. As first time home buyers, we had no shortage of questions, concerns, and reservations as we worked through the process. Lotika had a perfect balance of warmth and understanding as she listened to and allayed our concerns, and strong negotiations to make sure we got the best possible value in our transaction. There were so many things that we would never have thought of without Lotika's practiced guidance, and I know our experience was second to none because of Lotika. Sincere thanks, J&P" "

"Lotika helped us find our new home when we relocated from Chicago to Lexington. She advised us very well even prior to our arrival. She listened carefully to our requirements and sent us all the right properties to consider. We were particularly appreciative of how responsive she was throughout the process and how fast she was able to modify our search criteria when needed. Lotika gave us great service while looking for a home as well as outstanding service during the follow-up. That is from the time our offer was accepted till we finally closed on the property. We highly recommend Lotika as a very warm, knowledgeable and professional Realtor."

"Lotika is highly recommended. She helped us with knowledge, professionalism and kindness and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. She took the time to explain the process and made sure we did not miss any information we needed to understand and deal with."

"Lotika was referenced to us by a friend and made our home buying process extremely easy! We began with a Zoom call to discuss our preferences and she helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for. In this market, we were worried about how competitive the market was and imagined that the home buying process would be filled with offer denials & would take almost a year. However, with Lotika, the only 2 offers we ever put down were both accepted & we found our house after 2 months of looking. The process was not stressful at all with Lotika, and our success says much about her expertise & negotiation skills. Thank you, Lotika!" Bought a single family home in Sudbury"
