"Lotika is highly recommended. She helped us with knowledge, professionalism and kindness and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. She took the time to explain the process and made sure we did not miss any information we needed to understand and deal with."

"Our experience working with Lotika was swift, sweet and successful. We reached out to her at a time when 1. we had to find a place in about two months 2. There was little to no inventory of houses in Wellesley to rent or buy 3. We couldn't choose a different town due to the school 4. Prices were high, and 5. Our budget wasn't very 'elastic'. She came in and efficiently assessed the situation and considered the constraints, calmed me with her voice of reason, shared with us her understanding of the market in our town, patiently heard all our concerns and answered hundreds of questions, until she led us to the home we ended up buying. Everything happened really fast, and she hung with us through it all. We are so grateful to have had her guidance for this process, and would definitely recommend her to others. "

"We would highly recommend Lotika as a realtor to all our family and friends. Moving from abroad, we had to get introduced to the process of purchasing a home in the United States. Lotika simplified the task for us with her comprehensive knowledge and experience as a realtor and by understanding the current real estate market dynamics. She actively managed the process of acquiring our dream home. She was able to instantly realize our needs. As buyers, we experienced that Lotika always had our interests at heart. We appreciate being introduced to Lotika by equally satisfied friends. "

"Working with Lotika was a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, dedicated, and was always there with us on the journey to find our first home. We were a new bee in a brutal real estate market. She guided us in every step. Lotika was always by our side on this long journey. Her jovial optimistic attitude was very reassuring and because of her constant guidance we never lost hope. Making an offer standout from others is key to winning a house. Lotika is a pro in this field. She knows many ways to make an offer competitive. We must say that this is her one of the strongest skills. Having worked in this field for many years, she has built a strong network in this industry. Her connection with lenders, attorneys, and other realtors was very helpful in our last step of negotiations and finally in closure. We can’t thank her enough for her constant assistance in our house hunting. We highly recommend her as your realtor."
